Совсем не большое портфолио, но мне понравилась достаточно интересная работа со шрифтом, особенно в большом кегле и реализация карточек с работами, хотя я только потом заметил, что помимо этого есть еще три варианта на выбор в разделе архива. Все же не обошлось без минусов, но в целом все выглядит очень хорошо.

Почти полтора года назад я создал новый дизайн для магазина Arny Praht. Пока он не выпущен, но недавно я наткнулся на сайт, который очень напоминает его. У ребят там очень плотная вёрстка, минимальное количество размеров текста и явная геометрия. Как и в предыдущем магазине, о котором я рассказывал ранее, шапка снова оторвана от верхней части. Я рекомендую всем попробовать это, особенно если у вас магазин, который кажется скучным – это точно придаст ему свежести и сделает более современным.

Almost a year and a half ago, I created a new design for the Arny Praht store. It has not been released yet, but recently I came across a website that looks very similar to it. The layout there is very tight, with a minimal number of text sizes and clear geometry. Like in the previous store I shared about, the header is detached from the top again. I recommend everyone to try this, especially if you have a very dull store - it will definitely refresh it and make it more modern.

Сперва я подумал, что это работа ребят из VideInfra, очень похоже и по сетке и решениями в типографике, но нет. Оказалось, что это фрилансер-одиночка. Здесь очень приятный контент и очень интересная и разнообразная работа с типографикой, больше похожая на журнальную вёрстку. Мне кажется, что вот такие приёмы будут актуальны и лет через 10. Удивило и понравилось, что они обработали фото команды через Mid Journey, чтобы привести к одной стилистике, гораздо выгоднее, чем проводить фотосессию, особенно, когда у тебя появляется вдруг новый сотрудник, например.

At first, I thought it was the work of the VideInfra team, very similar both in layout and typographic solutions, but no. It turned out to be a solo freelancer. There's very pleasant content here and a very interesting and diverse approach to typography, more akin to magazine layout. I think such techniques will remain relevant even 10 years from now. I was surprised and liked that they processed the team photos through Mid Journey to unify them stylistically, much more advantageous than organizing a photoshoot, especially when a new team member suddenly appears, for example.

Шикарный лендинг с презентацией шрифтовой гарнитуры. Конечно же я выделю все визуальные метафоры и различные интерактивные приемы, которые помогают еще больше раскрыть особенности продукта. По сути все это выглядит очень эффектно и запоминающе, но в то же время складывается впечатление, что моментами вся эта красота немного отвлекает от главного.

Последнее время размышляю о том, что сайт в одну колонку как будто самое удобное, что может быть. Понятно, что с точки зрения устройств это очень легко адаптировать, но и воспринимается это легче. Эта линейность не напрягает так сильно и не вынуждает нас сканировать много элементов и спотыкаться об них, пытаясь каждый из них осознать. Тут ещё приятная графика, но за счёт шрифта и цвета они смогли отделиться от стиля Apple, который их явно вдохновлял.

Lately, I've been reflecting on how a single-column website seems to be the most convenient option. It's clear that from a device perspective, it's very easy to adapt, but it's also easier to perceive. This linearity doesn't strain as much and doesn't force us to scan through numerous elements, stumbling over them while trying to comprehend each one. Additionally, there's pleasant graphics, but thanks to the font and color, they managed to distinguish themselves from the Apple style that clearly inspired them.
