Наверное, уже не осталось тех, кто помнит золотую команду Fantasy Interactive. Но один из них - Клаудио Гуглиери, с недавних пор он работает в Opal и делает для них такие классные лендинги. В свое время я кстати собирался взять у него интервью, но в последний момент оно сорвалось. Благодаря тому, что Клаудио работал в Apple и Microsoft, его дизайн демонстрирует баланс между чистотой и блочностью, характерный для этих компаний. Из интересных решений хотелось бы отметить плавающий блок, он немного портит мои скриншоты, но думаю, что конверсия должна быть хорошей.

There are probably no more people left who remember the golden team of Fantasy Interactive. But one of them is Claudio Guglieri, he's been working for Opal since recently and makes such cool lendings for them. At one time I was going to interview him, but it fell through. Thanks to the fact that Claudio has worked for Apple and Microsoft, his web pages demonstrate the balance between cleanliness and blockiness that characterizes these companies. Among the interesting solutions I would like to mention the flying block, it spoils my screenshots a bit, but I think the conversion rate should be good.

Не помню, когда в последний раз постили что-нибудь от Red Collar, думал, что они больше не играют в фестивальные сайты. Кажется, что всем очевидно чем они вдохновлялись, когда делали этот сайт. Выглядит неплохо, но довольно забавно, что они пытаются продать нам такой банальный товар, как перчатки, как нечто супер-технологичное и потрясающее. Это выглядит скорей смешно, чем если бы мы действительно задумались о покупке таких перчаток :) Главное, что мне нравится - это то, насколько хорошо интегрированы секвенции, ради них я в основном и решил выложить этот сайт, работает очень круто.

Can't remember the last time anything from Red Collar was posted, thought they don't play festival venues anymore. Apparently they're thinking about what they were inspired by when they made this site. It looks good, but it's pretty funny how they're trying to sell us a trivial product like gloves as something super techy and awesome. It looks more funny than if we were actually thinking of buying such gloves :) The main thing I like is how well integrated the sequences are, for the sake of them I basically decided to put this site up, it works very cool.

На днях подумал, что давно у нас не было в подборке интересных магазинов и тут же наткнулся на этот проект. Меня сразу же зацепил первый блок, а именно интерактивная смена букв в логотипе по ховеру, а также еле заметное движение воды и листьев на заднем фоне. Отдельно хотелось бы выделить общую композицию и конечно же шрифт, который отлично передает нужную атмосферу.

I was thinking the other day that it's been a while since we've had any interesting stores in our selection and immediately came across this project. I was immediately hooked by the first block, namely the interactive change of letters in the logo by hover, as well as barely noticeable movement of water and leaves on the background. Separately I would like to emphasize the overall composition and of course the font, which perfectly conveys the desired atmosphere.

В меру интересно, в меру понятно. Хорошее сочетание гротеска и засечек. Из интересного работа с колонками, по сути, здесь три ключевые колонки, и особенно интересно, как по ним перемещается контент на главной странице. Выглядит это очень интересно и необычно, от такой страницы быстро не заскучаешь. Единственное, что можно было бы улучшить, так это навигацию, она ведет себя странно, где-то это якоря, где-то страницы. И есть шрифты с небольшим шагом по размеру, от одного-двух точно можно было бы отказаться.

Сайт очень напоминает что-то, но в основном Opal (может быть, из-за логотипа), который я закидывал некоторое время назад. Поймал себя на мысли, что уже устал от огромной типографики на весь экран в подобных сайтах, и что когда все так аккуратно написано, то кажется интереснее и хочется читать дальше. Нет мощной анимации, поэтому особенно ярко воспринимаются секвенции на фоне всей статики.

The site is very reminiscent of something, but mostly Opal (maybe because of the logo), which I abandoned some time ago. Caught myself thinking that I'm already tired of the huge full screen typography on similar sites, and that when it's so neatly written it seems more interesting and like you want to read on. There is no powerful animation, so that the sequences are especially brightly perceived against the background of all the static.

Мне очень нравится, как такие корпоративные истории работают с достаточно большой упаковкой информационных данных. Может здесь и нет явных визуальных приемов, но мне всегда импонируют макеты в которых все находится строго на своих местах. При этом каждый раздел умело переиспользует общую концептуальную идею.

I really like how corporate stories like this work with a fairly large package of information data. There may not be any obvious visual tricks, but I'm always impressed by layouts that keep everything strictly in its place. At the same time, each section skillfully reuses the overall conceptual idea.
