I posted this site less than a year ago, but the guys made an update that I like even better. Since then, the site has become more monochrome and with more complex animations. I think you can see the growth in their visual language and more confidence in what they are doing.

На самом деле это пример максимально актуального дизайна в вебе. Это не супер-очевидный тренд, но это стильно и свежо. Есть напряжение в отступах, когда текст прижат к краям и разделяющии линии, которые тоже создают напряжение в блоках и делают всё более геометричным и подчёркивают сетку. Единственное, что мне кажется линий слишком уж много и в некоторых блоках можно было бы обойтись без них.

In fact, it's an example of the most current design in web right now. It's not a super obvious trend, but it's stylish and fresh. There's tension in the indents, with the text pressed to the edges, and in the dividing lines, which also create tension in the blocks and make everything more geometric and emphasize the grid. The only thing is that I think there are too many lines, and some blocks could have done without them.

20 of February was my last day at Arrival. So much passion and love went into this company, and it was incredible to have all these incredibly talented professionals by my side for 3 years. Together as the community, we built the best in the world approach to designing something new. Never creating alone was and will remain the main principle of the designers around me. It was an enormous pleasure to see how we thought about users, drivers, cities, and humanity in general.

At the core of the culture we had just two things:
co-creation / figma-workshops were a central platform for all of us to design and ideate together, but also for getting to know each other and overcoming inner fears or creative insecurity.
decentralized hierarchy / we thought that the community should have less hierarchy, less line-management in the process, and less straightforward 'art-directing' (aka giving toxic feedback). Instead, we relied on the personal responsibility and mutual product vision, we searched for and shared during the workshops.

The site does look very architecturally sound, the calibrated and minimalistic styling blends well with the studio's content, but the font pairing works particularly well, which gives that very elegance and aesthetics.

На первой странице понравился прием развилки на два отдельных лендинга, все же смотрится это очень эффектно и запоминающе. Сами внутренние страницы выглядят очень минималистично и аккуратно, но особенно радует весь сопровождающий контент, а также плавная анимация и конечно же грамотное построение блоков с отчетливыми акцентами.

On the first page I liked the reception of the fork into two separate lending, yet it looks very effective and memorable. The inner pages themselves look very minimalist and neat, but especially pleased with all the accompanying content, as well as smooth animation and of course the competent construction of blocks with distinct accents.
