⚡️ كلهم لازم أخذهم وي ماء طبيعي لا حليب ولا كهوة ولا عصير ..
⏺️لازم يكون الماء حوالي ٦-٨ اونص يعني بحدود 180-240 مل
⏺️ينوخذون قبل الأكل والأدوية بنص ساعة (عدا Ibandronate بساعة)
