PGE2 → Induce acute inflammation 


PGE2 → sensitize nerve endings to action of bradykinin ( pain )


PGE2 → elevate set point of the anterior hypothalamic teromregulatory ( increase fever)


PGE2 → stimulate synthesis of protective mucus in both the stomach and small intestine 


PGE2 → responsible for maintaining renal blood flow , renal vasodilation and maintenance of GFR

هذه كل وظائفهم الي لكيته بالمنهج ، وإذا تم تثبيط اي احد منها راح امنع او اعكس شغله مثلا ال PGE2 تسوي inflammation اذا ثبطت PGE2 راح امنع ال inflammation

اختلاف الاسبرين عن بقيه النسايد يكون irreversible

الاسبرين مايصير استخدمه عند اقل ١٩سنه اذا جان اكو جدري الماء لان يسببلي Reye

النسايد الي يكون سلكتف هو celecoxib
