في حالة الاستخدام المطول ممكن يسبب
Vitamin B12 deficiency

مُلخص علاجات الربو🫁😭


B2 agonist
هاي المجموعة تنقسم الى قسمين



المجموعة الأولى : الي يشتغلون بسرعة ويبقون شغالين فترة قليلة نسميهم short acting B2 agonist والمختصر مالتهم (SABA) وعدهم دواء واحد بس اله اسمين مرة يصيحوله albuterol ومرات يسمونه
Salbutamol 🦦🩷.



هذا يروح يشتغل على رسبتر بيتا 2 ويسويلي bronchodilation ولان يشتغل بسرعة وتأثيره يروح بسرعة ننطي بحالات الacute.

المجموعة الثانية : الي ياخذون وقت يلا يشتغلون ويبقون شغالين لمدة 12 ساعة نسميهم long acting B2 agonist والمختصر مالتهم (LABA) وهم يشتغلون على رسبتر بيتا 2 ويسوون bronchodilation وننطيهم بحالات chronic 🫨.



بالمناسبة عدهم ادوية اثنين بهاي المجموعة الي هم formoterol و

salmeterol

اذا ننطيهم لوحدهم مرتين باليوم

اذا ننطيهم مع ICS مرة وحدة باليوم

anticholinergics



هاي هم نقسمها الى قسمين

المجموعة الأولى : الي تشتغل بسرعة وتأثيرها هم يروح بسرعة تشبه ال SABA بس هاي تشتغل على المسكارينك رسبتر نسميها short action muscarinc antagonist
ومختصر مالتها (SAMA)
ننطيها ويه SABAاذا ما جابت النتائج الي نريدها وحدها.


الدواء الوحيد بهاي المجموعة هو ipratropium

المجموعة الثانية : هاي هم تشتغل على مسكارينك رسبتر بشكل antagonist بس تحتاج وقت اطول يلا تشتغل وتأثيرها يستمر 24ساعه

ممكن نستخدمها اذا المريض اخذ LABA +ICS وما تحسن ممكن نضيف اله LAMA

عدهم دواء واحد اسمه tiotropium bromid

نستخدمها بشكل بخاخ وللحالات الي يكون بيها المرض مزمن ولان الاستجابة مالتها بطيئة

اذا ناخذها بدون استخدام spacer device راح تسوي فطريات بالفم



ال systemic cs ناخذها فقط بحالات الacute sever asthma •

LTRA
عدنا ادوية اثنين مونتلوکاست وزافر لوكاست يقللون
proinflamotary ال
ويسون brinchodilation

ام علي زوماب ننطيها للallergic

eosinophilic asthma وباقي

Mg sulfat

يعتبرون اقوى bronchodilator وننطيهم بس بحالات الطوارئ sever asthma exacerbation

وجرعه وحده 2g بشكل Iv infusion

استخدامها جداً قليل بسبب تداخلاتها الدوائية وقلة كفائتها وبيها دواء واحد theophyline موجود بشكل iv and oral
