معلومات عن Aspirin:

هو علاج يكون Antiplatelet و NASAD

يشتغل ك Antiplatelet ب low dose تقريبا 75-162 ،،
و يشتغل ك NASAD ب high doses تقريبا two tablets ب 325mg لمده 4 ايام ،،

يشتغل اكثر على Cox-1 لذلك من side effects الشائع هو bleeding و ulcers

هو علاج يكون امتصاصه ب upper small intestine و يعبر placenta و يعبر BBB

يمشي على قانون first order و zero order

يطرح عن طريق kidney

الرسمه الاولى هو من المريض ياخذ فقط اسبرين ف يكون مرتبط ب البلازما بروتين يعني مو free
الرسمه الثانيه هو من المريض ياخذ اسبرين و وارفارين مثلا ف راح ايصيرن اثنينهن مرتبطات ب البلازما بروتين و هذا الشي ميصير
الرسمه الثالثه هي انه الاسبرين راح يصير free بالدم و يراكم و يسبب toxic و الوارفرين يبقى مرتبط ب البلازما بروتين

-الاسبرين مع اي علاج يتفاعل
-إذا بقى الاسبرين بالدم شنو ايصير

Colchicine
•يستخدم في حاله المرضى الي ايكون اقل شي صارلهم 5 سنوات من menopause
•ياخذ بشكل internasal لذلك أعراضه تهيج و التهاب ب الأنف
