علاجاتhyperuricemia
lowering urate تسوي



Xanthine oxidase (allopurinol and Febuxostal)


نستخدم allopurinol اول شيء اذا عنده تحسس منه نحوله لل Febuxostal لكن هذا عنده cardiovacsular event



Uricosurics.

نستخدمه ك monotherapy اذا ميكدر يستخدم xanthine oxidase inhibitor أو ك combination ويا اذا ياخذ الفوك و بعد مجاي يفيده ، لكن هذا العلاج اذا الشخص مصاب سابقا ب urolithiasis ميصير يستخدمه.



Pegloticase

العلاج نضيفه لمن الحالة تكون severe ومجاي تفيد العلاجات البقية ، بس مشاكله هواي اولا هو حقنة فيسبب reaction نحتاج ننطي antihistamine او corticosteroid ، وبعد مشكلته الثانية الجسم يكون ضده antibodies ويكوم ما يشتغل ، وكذلك هو يكون غالي و غير معروف ال duration مالته.




ادوية اخرى تسوي loweing urate هي



Fenofibrate.


وهذا اذا جان المريض ياخذ غير علاج للدهون ميحتاج يبدل لل fenofibrate.



Losaratan.


اما هذا بالعكس اذا الشخص جان ياخذ غير دواء للضغط فيفضل يحول لل losartan اذا يكدر




موضوع ال prohylaxis لل drug loweing uric acid نستخدم وياهم باول 3 الى 6 اشهر ادوية ال agute gout
prednisone 10 mg/daily او low dose colchicine او low dose NSAIDs
