1-Combination oral contraceptives:
A combination of estrogen and progestin

Monophasic
constant dose
of estrogen and progestin given over 21 to 24 days


Triphasic oral
contraceptive constant dose of estrogen with increasing doses of progestin given over 21 days.



2- Transdermal patch:
ethinyl estradiol and
the progestin norelgestromin.

3-Vaginal ring:
ethinyl estradiol and etonogestrel.

ممكن يكول postcoital بدال emergency contraception يعني ك معنى
والمده 72 ساعه يعني بس خلال ال3 ايام بعدها منكدر ننطي شي
الي يستخدم بالطوارئ هو جرعه وحده عاليه من الlevonorgesrel
واكو بديل اله هذا لمده اطول 5 الي هو ulipristal

وصار عدنا حالتين استخدم فقط بروجستين وحده هو
Breast feeding
والي عمرها اكثر من 35 ومدخنه ميصير اي شي اسمه استروجين استخدمه لان بالمرأة الفيدنك يأثر على الlactation
والي تدخن وعمرها جبيبر هيه اصلا ريسك للكانسر فما اكدر انطيها استروجين الي أصلا يسبب كانسر

استخدامات evonogestre

اولا يكون كومباينيشن ويا intrauterine
يعالج heavy menstrual bleeding


و ثانيا ب علاج مانع الحمل الطوارئ

و نميز اكو نوع اسمه etono هذا اخوه😂
نستخدمه كومباينيشن مع ethinyl estradiol

ب طريقة vaginal ring


و كذلك يستخدم ب طريقة implants

Testosterone is converted to dihydrotestosterone (DHT) by the enzyme 5-alpha reductase.

5-alpha reductase

يا نوع من العلاجات الي اخذناهن باقي المحاضرات
يكون الطرح مالتهن عن طريق feces

يا علاج يقلل نسبة LDL

ويا علاج يزيد نسبة LDL

الي يزود صح هو testosterone

لكن الي يقلل هو الاستروجين و بالضبط raloxifene

عدنا الانتي اندروجين اكو نهايتهم mide يكون عملهن تنافسي ع نفس الرسبتور مال testosterone
اي تعتبر antagonist استخدمهم بحالة ال prostate cancer



والي نهايتهم ride يكون عملها تثبيط للانزايم الي اسمه
5-alpha reductase
الي يحول testosterone الى مركبه النشط
يعني راح يقلل من تكوين DHT و بالتالي قللت تأثير testosterone
يستخدم لل prostate hyperpy
