given with them Folic acid and vitamin B12 to reduce hematologic and git toxicity

🗻 methotrexate
high does caucus renal toxicity

important to keep the urine alkaline and the patient
well hydrated to avoid renal toxicity.

🗻pemetrexed

Pretreatment with corticosteroids to prevent cutaneous reactions


🗻Doxyrubicin












🗻cisplatin

1-Severe nausea and vomiting

Premedication with antiemetic. agents is required.
2-dose-related nephrotoxicity,
can be prevent by aggressive hydration


🗻irinotecan

Acute and delayed diarrhea require treatment with
atropine during the infusion or high doses of loperamide in the days following the
infusion.

Neurotoxicity has been reported in patients on high-dose ifosfamide, probably due
to the metabolite, chloroacetaldehyde.

القصة كالآتي:
هذا الزلمة المسودن يشير للـneurotoxicity
والي بيده الكلور chloroacetaldehyde ويذب بهل كلور بالاكل مسودن بعد ماعليه عتب .
هذا الكلور هو ناتج سمي من الميتابولايت مال ifosfamide بالجرعات العالية.

يسبب اسهال حاد
يقتضي اعطاء علاج

علاجات بالكانسر لا تسبب اعراض العلاج الكيمياوي
وزاري + فورمة د زيد
الجواب
١- الهرمونات
٢- الي تنتهي ب mab يعني mono
٣- الي تنتهي nib الي هيه kinase
اعراض العلاج الكيمياوي شنو هيه؟
اسهال تقيى غثيان سقوط الشعر تسبب العظم الخ ......

1- free redical peroxidation
2- dna scission dna
3- oxidation purine pyrimidin thiole amine

Bleomycin

Scission of Dna by oxidation
ويشتغل على الحديد Fe 2
