🔼 يعتبرن secretagogues
⚠️ ما يصير ناخذ glinides وية sulfonylureas علمود لا يصير الشغل مالهن دبل
⚠️ يصيرلهن metabolism بالانزيم CYP3A4
⚠️ اهم عرض جانبي هو weight gain مثل sulfonylureas وعكس GLP-1
⚠️ يطلع من الجسم عن طريق Bile فما يأثر على الكلى
⚠️ دواء gimfibrozil يحفز CYP3A4 فيزيد من نشاط Repaglinide، ولهذا ما يصير اخذهن جميع ❗️

given with them Folic acid and vitamin B12 to reduce hematologic and git toxicity
🗻 methotrexate
high does caucus renal toxicity
important to keep the urine alkaline and the patient
well hydrated to avoid renal toxicity.
🗻pemetrexed
Pretreatment with corticosteroids to prevent cutaneous reactions
🗻Doxyrubicin
🗻cisplatin
1-Severe nausea and vomiting
Premedication with antiemetic. agents is required.
2-dose-related nephrotoxicity,
can be prevent by aggressive hydration
🗻irinotecan
Acute and delayed diarrhea require treatment with
atropine during the infusion or high doses of loperamide in the days following the
infusion.
