She will be playable in the future. Unsure of the weapon type specifically but seems to be a mix of two weapons.

[HI3 - 7.4 BETA] New Astral Ring - Destiny's Wheel

An Astral Ring protected by the Destiny's Wheel. In the Stellar Outburst state, changes occur when switching party members.
When acting as the Leader, for every character with Shadow trait in the party, gain additional buffs.

EDIT: We don't have an official name for the "trait," and not sure how it works in-game yet or what it is specifically.

[HI3 - 7.4 BETA] Thelema/Selim Kit Summary

Desc: MECH-Type character. Ice. Uses chain swords to attack.

Basic ATK: Short chain attacks that deal Ice DMG. Skills reduce DMG received and gain Aerial Energy.
Combo ATK: Chain uppercut and downwards strike NA combo (long press) When triggered on ground does Ice DMG uppercut, in air does Ice DMG Downwards Strike. Skill does extra DMG.
Evasion: Can evade 3 times in ground, 2 times in air and 1 jump. Skills increases extra damage on next hit, and recovery of Energy/Evasion.
Ultimate: Deals AoE Ice DMG to target and surrounding units. Skill recovers Energy.
Leader: In Astra Ring, increases strength based on Shadow(?) type characters. Increase Ice DMG, buffs to Stellar Outburst/Drain and Ultimate Evade CD reduction.
Passive: 3 units of Aerial Energy and 3 of Ground Energy. You gain Aerial ones by Aerial attacks and Ground ones via ground attacks. Consume Energy via Evasion. Extra attacks will consume Stellar Drain, and when Astral Ring is inactive, SP Recovery increases. Gain Stellar Drain when entered combat. In Open World this triggers every 10 min utes. After Extra Attack, the next 6 Energy is gained through attacks and deals Ice DMG. If gainnig Energy through attacks, if the attack was different to previous one deal extra Ice DMG. If Energy is full, next attack unleashes Extra Attack.
Weapon: Long Chain Attack, tosses chainblade towards enemy and leave a spinning blade that deals Ice DMG. In air, drags the enemy. Combo on ground dashes forwards and spins, in air continuously swings and deal Ice DMG. Skills pull in enemies and increase DMG to shields.
Astral Ring: In the Astral Ring burst state, when tapping on party member's portraits, they will attack on the field as phantoms. After that, Phantom Attacks will occurs when you attack for a period of time.

Eidolon 1 - Silenced Sky Spake Sooth

OLD: CRIT Rate increases by 18% when dealing DMG to debuffed enemies.
NEW: Increases CRIT Rate by 18% when dealing DMG to debuffed enemies. When Slashed Dream is at max, every stack of Slashed Dream that goes over grants a stack of Quadrivalent Ascendance, which can stack up to 3 times.

Eidolon 4 - Shrined Fire for Mirrored Soul

OLD: When using the Ultimate, inflicts Ultimate DMG Vulnerability to all enemies, increasing the Ultimate DMG taken by 12%, lasting for 3 turn(s).
NEW: Inflicts Vulnerability to Ultimate DMG when enemies enter battle and increases the DMG they take from Ultimates by 12%.

Technique

(This only got reworded from Chinese, won't post original one, posting since the effect appears in Eidolon 1 now.)

Immediately attacks the enemy, and gains Quadrivalent Ascendance at the start of every wave, dealing Lightning DMG equal to 200% of Acheron's ATK to all enemies and reduces Toughness of all enemies irrespective of Weakness Types. When inflicting Weakness Break, triggers the Lightning Weakness Break effect.

Quadrivalent Ascendance: The next time Acheron uses her Ultimate, she gains 1 points of Slashed Dream and inflicts 1 stack(s) of Crimson Knot on a single random enemy.
If a normal enemy is attacked, they will be immediately defeated and will not enter combat. The Technique Point is not spent if the attack does not hit an enemy.

E1 - Prisoner's Dilemma
OLD: Increases CRIT DMG for allies with Fortified Wager by 20%. The Blind Bet effect obtained from the Trace "Bingo!" no longer has a trigger limit. Requires the Trace "Bingo!" to be unlocked first.
NEW: Increases the CRIT DMG of allies with Fortified Wager by 20%. Provide a Fortified Wager Shield to the entire team. The Shield effect equals to 100% as that provided by the Skill, lasting for 3 turn(s).

NOTE: Fortified Wager applies after ultimate, based on Chinese description.

E4 - Unexpected Hanging Paradox
**OLD:** When triggering his Talent's follow-up attacks, Aventurine's DEF first increases by 40% for 2 turn(s). The follow-up attack's Hits Per Action triggered by his Talent additionally increases by 1.
**NEW:
** When triggering his Talent's follow-up attacks, Aventurine's DEF first increases by 40% for 2 turn(s). The follow-up attack's Hits Per Action triggered by his Talent additionally increases by 3.

Passive - Leverage
OLD: If Aventurine's DEF is higher than 1600, then his own CRIT Rate increases by 2% for every 100 DEF exceeding that value, up to an increase of 40%.
NEW: If Aventurine's DEF is higher than 1600, then his own CRIT Rate increases by 2% for every 100 DEF exceeding that value, up to an increase of 48%.

Passive - Bingo!
OLD: Aventurine accumulates 1 Blind Bet after an ally with Fortified Wager launches a follow-up attack. This effect can be triggered a maximum of 1 time(s). This effect's trigger count is reset at the start of Aventurine's turn. After Aventurine launches a follow-up attack from his Talent, provides Fortified Wager to all allies and blocks DMG equal to 7% of Aventurine's DEF + 96 DMG, and additionally provides Fortified Wager that can block DMG equal to 7% of Aventurine's DEF + 96 DMG to the ally with the lowest current Shield effect, lasting for 3 turns.

NEW: Provides a Fortified Wager shield that blocks DMG equal to 31.5% of Aventurine's DEF plus 461 to all allies for 3 turn(s). When gaining Fortified Wager repeatedly, the Shield effect can stack up to 200% of the Shield effect provided by his current Skill.

Technique - The Red or the Black

OLD: After using the Technique, 1 of the following effects will be granted, and only the latest effect will be kept:
There is a chance for DEF to increase by 24%.
There is a high chance for DEF to increase by 36%.
There is a small chance for DEF to increase by 60%.
After entering the next battle, increases all allies' DEF by the corresponding amount, lasting for 2 turn(s).

NEW: After using the Technique, 1 of the following effects will be granted:
There is a chance for DEF to increase by 24%.
There is a high chance for DEF to increase by 36%.
There is a small chance for DEF to increase by 60%.
Only the latest effect will be kept.

NEW: When enemy targets enter combat, makes them Vulnerable to the Ultimate DMG, increasing the amount of DMG they take from the Ultimate by 8%.

E6 - Apocalypse, the Emancipator
OLD: The Ultimate's CRIT DMG increases by 60%, and the DMG from Acheron's Basic ATK and Skill will also be considered as Ultimate DMG.
NEW: Increases the All-Type RES PEN for the Ultimate DMG dealt by Acheron by 20%. The DMG dealt by Basic ATK and Skill will also be considered as Ultimate DMG and can reduce enemy toughness regardless of Weakness Types. When Weakness is broken, triggers the Lightning Weakness Break effect.

Passive - Red Oni
OLD: When battle starts, immediately gains 5 point(s) of Slashed Dream and applies 5 stack(s) of Crimson Knot to a random enemy.
NEW: When battle starts, immediately gains 5 point(s) of Slashed Dream and applies 5 stack(s) of Crimson Knot to a random enemy. When Slashed Dream reaches its upper limit, for every point of Slashed Dream that exceeds the limit, gains 1 stack of Quadrivalent Ascendance.
