Enemies are marked in the overworld when they can be instantly defeated one by one. Not sure if there's a pattern but most likely normal enemies, which doesn't include Trotters either.

#1: If the wielders Break Effect is greater or equal to X, then increase CDMG by X.
(This check is done all the time so if the break damage ever drops below then the buff is removed.)
#2: On Ultimate, add 1 stack. On Follow-Up Attack, add 1 stack. Increase ATK% relative to the amount of stacks up to X. All stacks are removed at the end of the character turn.
