EDIT: To clarify, current beta added a new DLL for a new unified SDK, which links against the Steam API. While it's not confirmation about Mihoyo games playable on Steam, it kind of matches the rumors we had about the games, or at least some game, coming to Steam.
EDIT 2: Yes, I know about Honkai release on Steam a few years ago, this is something new, added first and foremost to Genshin.

There are also mentions of Play Games PC SDK, so they're probably planning to launch on https://play.google.com/googleplaygames too

(it could be just used for IAP, but I really doubt that)
