NOTE: We're still looking into how Ellen and Soldier 0 buffs work so we're only listing the new ones here! Seems we need to implement new things on the site. We will update this post once we're aware of how it properly works.

Additional Info: Awakened Potentials
After further inspection it appears Grace and Soldier 11 do have Awakened Potentials. Awakened Potentials can be unlocked similarly to Mindscapes one by one after enabling the initial Unlock Potential. Current Awakened Potentials are as follows:

Soldier 11
Additional Ability: Wildfire
Increases Soldier 11's CRIT DMG by 15/18/22/26/30%.

Grace
When consuming Zap, gain the Zap Enhancement effect, increasing Electric DMG by 20/25/30/35/40% for 25s. Repeated triggers refresh the duration.

Ellen
Additional Ability: Rising Storm
Ellen's CRIT DMG additionally increases by 2/2.6/3.2/3.8/4.5% per stack.

Soldier 0 - Anby
Additional Ability: Voltage Surge
Increases all squad members' Aftershock DMG to enemies marked with Silver Star by 27/29/31/33/35%.
