Genshin beta is testing a new mechanism to download game files that would somewhat reduce the amount of data needed to be downloaded, like when a new patch drops.
Not sure when this will be live given how big this change is nor which games will be using this.
Sadly I don't have enough samples to say how big the difference is either yet, as it's been used only once for patching.
As far as I could investigate (because I don't know any Android testers) so far it seems to apply to the PC client/launcher.
This also should ease a bit on the unzip requirements as well. But I think this is overall a great change if implemented properly.

When enemies are defeated, the wearer's CRIT DMG increases by 4%, up to 10 times.

Izumo Gensei and Takama Divine Realm
Increases the wearer's ATK by 12%. When entering battle, if at least one other ally follows the same Path as the wearer, then the wearer's CRIT Rate increases by 12%.

[HSR - 2.1 BETA] Light Cone - Along the Passing Shore (Nihility, 5*)

Steerer: Increases the wearer's CRIT DMG by 36% (60%). When the wearer hits the enemy target, there is a 100% base chance of inflicting Empty Bubbles to the enemy, lasting for 1 turn. This effect can be triggered 1 time against each target for every attack the wearer launches. The wearer deals 24% (40%) more DMG to targets afflicted with Empty Bubbles, and DMG from Ultimate additionally increases by 24% (40%).

[HSR - 2.1 BETA] Light Cone - Inherently Unjust Destiny (Preservation, 5*)

All In: Increases the wearer's DEF by 36% (60%). When the wearer provides a shield to an ally, increases the wearer's CRIT DMG by 40% (64%), lasting 2 turns. When the wearer uses a follow-up attack, there is a 100% base chance of increasing the damage taken by the attacked enemy target by 8% (12%), lasting 2 turns.
