When the wearer has "Gentle Rain", increases SPD by 6%, and increases all allies' CRIT DMG by 15%. This effect cannot be stacked.

[HSR - 3.3 BETA] Captain Over Cursed Waves

2-pc: Increases CRIT DMG by 16%.
4-pc: When the wearer is the target of another ally target's Skill, gains 1 stack of "Assist". Stacks up to 3 times. When using Ultimate, consumes all "Assist," each stack increasing the wearer's ATK by 16%, lasting until the end of the turn.

[HSR - 3.3] Cyrene

She will most likely appear during 3.3 as an NPC with the body type Girl (Pela, Silver Wolf, etc)

CN version of the HSR kits/lightcones/relics.
