Deals Wind DMG to all enemies equal to 10% (28%) of the tally of healing done by Hyacine and Ica in the current battle. After using Memosprite Skill, clears 50% of the tally of healing.

[Memosprite Talent] Holding Clear Sky's Hand
Ica's SPD remains at 0, and they will not appear on the Action Order.
If ally targets (except Ica) have their HP reduced, then at the start of any target's turn or after an action, Ica will consume 4% of their own HP and restore HP equal to 1.0% (2.8%) of Hyacine's Max HP plus 10 (28) for the ally target with reduced HP.
While Hyacine is in the "Petrichoric Clear Skies" state, Ica will be guaranteed to immediately take action after Hyacine uses an ability. And when Ica triggers the Talent's healing effect, additionally restores HP for ally targets by an amount equal to 1.0% (2.8%) of Hyacine's Max HP plus 10 (28).

When summoned, additionally regenerates 15 Energy for Hyacine. When first summoned, additionally regenerates 30 Energy.

2-pc: Increases SPD by 6%.
4-pc: When the wearer and their memosprite provide healing to ally targets aside from themselves, the wearer gains "Gentle Rain," which can be triggered up to 1 time per turn, lasting for 2 turn(s). When the wearer has "Gentle Rain", increases SPD by 6%, and increases all allies' CRIT DMG by 15%. This effect cannot be stacked.

[HSR - 3.3 BETA] Captain Over Cursed Waves

2-pc: Increases CRIT DMG by 16%.
4-pc: When the wearer is the target of another ally target's Skill, gains 1 stack of "Assist". Stacks up to 3 times. When using Ultimate, consumes all "Assist," each stack increasing the wearer's ATK by 16%, lasting until the end of the turn.

[HSR - 3.3] Cyrene

She will most likely appear during 3.3 as an NPC with the body type Girl (Pela, Silver Wolf, etc)
