i slept for 24 hours in the past two days, and i gotta admit, this might have cured everything

one answer to why so many people think "just be yourself" is a bullshit advice. i myself like the phrase "to be authentic" better, because it implies being more honest with yourself

ive always been excited for a warm weather. wearing my tiny silly clothes, looking unbothered and cool at the same time. but now with the weight ive put on, i feel more anxious than anything. will the clothes fit me? how will they look on my new body? what do i do with it?

i think the last time i was this self-concious was when i had horrible acne, and i dont know when will that go away now. im tired of being upset when i look in the mirror. im tired of policing my food habits. i just want to look at myself and like what i see
