It's inside of every human. Which wolf has been fed for the last decades by mass media 24/7? Mass media aren't objective. Especially when it comes to war. Is war ever the answer to war?

Silent meditation & meditation using mantra such as Maranatha or the Jesus Prayer go back to the early desert fathers. Their spiritual practices as described in the Philokalia were to help them gain detachment from the worldly takeover of the church by Rome & to resist the devil while developing holiness. Thomas Merton is one of the best contemporary teachers of meditation & contemplation. Following the breath mentally, & breathing more slowly & deeply are both physically & mentally uplifting practices. Jesus himself went into the hills to pray & my preference is to meditate outside. For me meditation is powerful medicine against the madness we are living through. I usually incorporate the Lord's prayer in meditation since it was Jesus' commended spiritual practice. But God does not 'lead us into temptation' & the Greek says 'do not bring us to the test' which means the expectation of severe persecution (such as worship being banned & churches padlocked for 1 year for flu) in the expected 'end time'. I am not an end times believer but the church is being sorely tested & large parts inc the Pope & ABC Welby are apostate for directly going against the clear teaching of the NT on meeting together & on brotherly love (which has nout to do with drug taking).

WHO has a treaty in draft that creates a global dictatorship - WHO takeover of citizens & businesses freedoms & responsibilities - the next time they declare a crossborder infection which is their weakened post-2009 definition of a pandemic. We need to write MPs & ask that the UK does not give away our sovereignty to this Gates & Big Pharma controlled entity.

As I have said publicly all along no non pharmaceutical political / totalitarian measures commended by WHO, academics, Chinese communist party, Johnson, Hancock, Merkel, Macron, Biden et al had any positive effects on reducing illness from Covid. But they did destroy business & lives, lead to suicides, mental ill health, wreck students’s degrees, Children schooling & play lives & help to stoke a totally unjustified atmosphere of paranoia about ‘death’ as most people are weirdly unaware millions of people die daily on planet earth. The average age of Covid death in UK was 83 until they started the mass mRNA drug trial which has seen rising numbers of all ages die of Covid & other health conditions. Without the lockdowns & false propaganda I doubt such huge numbers of people would have agreed to take these dangerous drugs. And the role of the churches in colluding with the false paranoia narrative by stopping public worship remains for me the most tragic of all the institutional collusion we saw. I just don’t see how mainstream Christianity comes back from such huge mass collusion not only with the State’s attack on Christianity but - in promoting mass drug taking even in cathedrals - in ramping up the rising death inter generational rates that are tragically following the hazardous drug project.

The African countries that did the least to wreck the mental health businesses and social family & religious lives of their populations performed best in the world in terms of resisting Covid & limiting Covid deaths. South Africa - the most Covid paranoid & WHO/West leaning country - outdid all other African nations by a factor of 1000% in achieving Covid deaths above 100k with its horrendous lockdowns & imprisonment of poor blacks in miserable over-heated cinder block tin roofed slums.

On a more positive note, kindness / compassion promote brain power & positivity in households / families. Jesus’ parable of the Good Samaritan is neurologically as well as morally sound.
