Registration for #NFC2024 opens October 7th, 20:00 CEST – that's tomorrow night!

To be prepared, be sure to read the Registration FAQ and utilize the pre-fill option.

Remember: You are now booking an entire hotel room and not just a spot in a room, as explained in the Room Booking FAQ.

This means that only the person booking the room should add it to their registration, the others should select "No accommodation".

Woah! So many people signing up for the End of Times!

We have over 1500 submissions on waiting in the automatic queue (which can only handle 3-4 registrations per second).

After which we manually go through registrations to confirm.

Sorry for the wait and thank you for your patience!

Remember that you can find your own accommodation for the convention as well. In which case, you only need to register and pay for an attending ticket.

If more than one person in a group have secured a room, please release the extra rooms as soon as you can. There are currently over 900 attendees waiting for a bed to sleep in! 🐭🛏

Just click the remove button under your Accommodation Info in your registration page and confirm the change.

If you have already paid using a credit card but website says you haven't, DO NOT DOUBLE PAY.

The bookkeeping software is having trouble keeping up with the traffic. Instead, check the payment status again tomorrow.

This is only an issue for those who have paid using card.

If you're still waiting for your registration to be approved don't panic!

Our team is working through all registrations, and we'll get to each and every one as soon as possible. We've so far had over 3,000 registrations.

If you paid by card and payment has not yet gone through, please be patient and do not double pay. It may take up to one week to clear.

If you paid by bank transfer, these also take time to clear.

If the payment deadline is approaching and you are worried that your payment hasn't gone through, you can e-mail registration@nordicfuzzcon.org and let them know the payment has been sent.

Be wary of potential scams when acquiring rooms or room space directly from strangers.

For room sharing, we recommend verifying that they have the room they are offering by joining a room share with them before payment. See our Room Share FAQ.

For room transfers, we are currently working on a new system to help make them safer! This is planned to be launched later this week. We encourage you to wait for the launch before buying rooms from strangers.

The deadline for the Dealers' Den will be extended from October 21st to November 5th!

We hope this will give attendees more time to finalize their registrations and reduce overall stress.

Applications are manually screened and evaluated. When you apply does not matter, as long as you apply before the deadline.

We know you're just as excited to face Ragnarök as we are, but keep in mind that we have a high volume of e-mails to get to. We urge you to be patient and not send multiple e-mails regarding the same matter as this delays things further.

However, if you have sent your payment late and your deadline is approaching, or your payment hasn't yet gone through, please e-mail registration@nordicfuzzcon.org to let them know if you haven't yet done so. Most known technical issues have been resolved, but if you're still experiencing issues, make sure to contact us.

Everyone with a badge number can now enter the lottery from their booking page. The last day to enter is Friday, October 27th.

Our new room transfer feature is now available!

Before buying a booking, the seller can generate a unique code which you can send to our Registration department to verify the booking's ownership and content.

The Charity team is gearing up for what we hope will be the best NFC yet! To make our dreams possible, we need the help from all you amazing artists out there.
There are quite a few ways for you to help, therefore we have a form for you to fill out so we know what you want to contribute.

What can you do to help the animals?

- We are starting a new project for 2024: A charity colouring book! For that we are in need of lineart drawings that are either Viking or general NFC themed.
Deadline for this is November 1st.

- The charity lottery is one of our largest events, and we are always in need of donations for prizes. Big, small or digital (commissions etc.), every little gift helps.

- We have had great success with our “doodles for charity event” where artists do sketches for 200SEK each.

- Going to an event / meetup / impromptu doodle session? Borrow a card reader to collect for charity!

- Have friends who might have something to contribute? Spreading the word is really helpful to us and supports us so we can make sure we help the animals as much as we can.

We are also open for new suggestions, ideas of any kind, or if you know of a charity that needs our help. Please reach out to us.
