Reflections from this talk
A lot of high school students put way too much emphasis on the application process and disregard other aspects of their lives that indirectly affect their intellectual abilities. Exercise, outdoor activities, reading for fun, eating good foods, or anything of sorts would probably have a much better impact on your cognitive abilities than a can of red bull and pringles. Good habits go far beyond the application season and will help you a lot in the long run.

Protip for people trying to submit their test scores for free:
Print all the scores you want to send on a paper (IELTS, SAT, etc.). Get it signed and stamped by your school counselor and upload it in the school portal. Alternatively, for schools a bit more strict about this, your counselor should send the same document via email to the admissions office. Voila, you just saved $200.
