حسب ملاحظت بكل حالات child مستخدمين T=8 اما adult اذا liver normal ومماخذ وية valproic اي enzyme inducer فهاي الحالة الوحيدة مستخدمين بيها T=12
الباقي كلة محلول على ال T=8

ال Cl بالجدول منطي range بس هم يفضلون يستخدمون average دائما فانتوا حفظوا average هذا ركزوا عليه

مخليتة بين قوسين ومكتوب عليه usual use هو هذا الرقم الي تحلون على اساسة المسألة حسب الحالة اذا child او adult وتطلعون Cl

بالمصدر مطلعين اشياء اضافية مثل Vd و T1/2 و ke هذني كلهن منحتاجهن حتى نطلع ال Dose
اذا طلب فقط الجرعة ماكو داعي تضيعون وقتكم عليهن

مباشرة طلع ال cl
وطبق قانون ال D
خطوتين بسيطات وهايهية كل العليك تحفظ رقم ال average cl لكل حالة والباقي يحل روحة بروحة

بس انتبهوا للوحدات مثلا عندك ال cl ل valproic معطى بوحدة ال ml/h/kg

فلازم نحول الوحدات من ml/h/kg الى L/h وكالتالي 👇

(Cl × wt) ÷ 1000

مجرد تقسم على 1000 حتى تحول ال ml الى L
وتضرب بالوزن حتى تتخلص من kg
ويصفالكم فقط L/h
