🔥🔥 VICTORY IN UTAH!! After an almost 3-year fight to get election emails from Salt Lake County, I WON!
You may recall they first tried to illegally charge just me almost $100,000 for election emails between employees. I was able to make SL County drop their rates for everyone.
I took SLCo to hearing with state records committee- and WON not only access to the records, but to be given them for FREE due to public interest in them.
SLCo responded by filing a lawsuit against me and state records to prevent me from getting the emails, especially for free.
The court has sent it back to state records, who stands by their decision, and SLCo has finally given up on delaying or winning this 3 year debacle.
