Hey everyone! As I'm sure many of you know, we like to stream every week on Twitch! This year we are committing to streaming at least once per week on Wednesdays at 1PM PST and they usually go on for 4-6 hours depending on the mood, and we pick up sometimes on Thursday as well. Right now we are playing Pokemon: Radical Red, a difficulty hack of Pokemon Red (You seriously have to see it to believe it, it's got so many QoL changes it's insane.)

My question for you is; Would you folks like, not mind, or dislike if we used this channel to announce when we go live so you can join in? February 8th marks 7 years of Nomad Complex.

We're celebrating by holding a huge charity auction that day - 45 one-of-a-kind clothing pieces. This time, 100% of the proceeds will be donated to the Downtown Eastside Womens Centre.

Women, especially Indigenous women, are disproportionately affected by systemic oppression.

DEWC is a women-only space that provides hot meals, celebrates cultural practices + traditions, advocates for better access to housing for BC's most vulnerable populations and more.

Nomad is a ten minute walk from East Hastings - Vulnerable populations including those who are unhoused, have mental/physical health issues, live in poverty, experience violence and deal with substance use in the midst of an overdose crisis make up the majority of the area.
