Hey fam - Our "Website" was accidentally taken off password protection overnight without our realizing, as we have been working on it for some time and were making lots of adjustments over the weekend. We are aware that at least one person has taken screenshots to share online, but kindly did take them down when we asked.

Just a heartfelt ask - If you did happen to see the website overnight and took screens, it would be super kind if you could delete them til we're ready to unveil next weekend. It was not supposed to be up and was not a final product.

On the website front though... Talk about a GLOWUP.

So before we had to close, one of our major bottlenecks was how god fucking awful the website was. Now we've actually got the time to sit down, conceptualize and BUILD something that looks cool as hell. No more boring stuff just plastered on to a plain white background. Now we got TEXTURE, my dudes.

-I- wanted to make the site look like Neopets but my web guy was like "Nooo it'd be confusing" but like imagine a hidden tower where you can find secret clothes and stuff to buy for like 11 million neopoints or whatever. That'd be so cool. Like what if we just took your clothes and slapped them with paintbrushes before sending them out right? (Do people even know what Neopets is anymore?)

It needs to be Saturday.

Good morning animals.

Some of you may have seen on Twitter yesterday; we lost an incredible friend, comedian, wrestler and colleague in Scott Henson, who passed away suddenly this past weekend. Scott worked behind the scenes with us for the past five years during our busiest periods - Folding shirts, packing orders and keeping the ship running. When Nomad was run from the dingy basement of my house as far back as 2018, Scott was there. It's difficult to overstate how impactful he was on the lives of each of our little team of 4 here at the warehouse and how shocking this news was.

We're going to be taking some time this week to allow ourselves to grieve and recover. Orders are still being packed/shipped daily, but e-mail communications will mostly be on pause.

-Any size exchange/return requests will be honored if the communication falls outside of our usual 10 day period due to our short absence.
-Any address/size changes for orders that have not been shipped will still be accommodated before packages go out.
-Any issue you may have; don't fret, we will take care of it amicably.

Thank you for allowing us a couple of days to regroup after this shock.
