Okie doke folks. Now that the initial calamity is over, a few quick answers to some common questions.

1. Can I combine my orders from this drop? - Yes, on the condition that; You e-mail support@nomadcomplex.com (Preferably with the title line "Order Consolidation" with your full name and each of your order numbers. We recommend you do this ASAP please. If we get to your order and pack it up before you have a chance to contact us, we cannot adjust it.

2. How long will orders take to process? - This will take much less time than before. We are anticipating no one waiting longer than 5 days from their original date of purchase. No worries there.

To everyone who may feel left out or disappointed not just from today, but the last few months of our product releases;

We know. And we're sorry. As you can probably tell, the theme of the last 3 months has been "Holy shit they keep selling out and it sucks ass and go to hell you guys are dicks". The reality of the situation is that in the last 12-24 months, this fandom has positively exploded in popularity. It happened at such an unpredictable rate that it has led to many of the internal challenges we have facing that put us in this situation in the first place. That is on us, and we are sorry.

The goal is to never have these kinds of panic-drops happen again. Like we can't properly convey to you how much we fucking hate it too, and it kills us having to let people down. Scarcity marketing is dogshit and we hate it. But thank you for understanding the position we have been in, and please take our apologies for these handful of rounds of "OHSHITGOTTABUYFAST".

Combined Orders! Reeeeal quick - We have received all of your consolidated order requests, so don't fret. It may just take a day or two to respond and apply refunds for the shipping costs if applicable!

ALSO: Random sidenote; We actually had an inventory error on both our PAWZ v MAWZ Gaming Mats AND Mousepads in the first round of our sales. Our inventory was off by about 100 each, so right now we have 50 and 67 left respectively of both of those items! These gaming mats are primo and not looking to sell out any time soon if you want to jazz up your gaming or work space.

‼️"Can we get a place to buy, sell, trade, or look for Nomad Complex pieces?"‼️

Over the past month we have been receiving many requests for a dedicated channel or possibility of listing specific pieces that folks are either looking to buy, sell or trade now that our shop is closing up. We wanted to give you an update on this matter.

After much consideration, Nomad Complex will ‼️NOT‼️ be implementing any official channel or dedicated space to bartering, trading or selling retired designs. We have made this decision for several reasons;

1. Opening up this type of channel could create liability issues down the road for transactions that we are not involved in. While we would make clear we cannot be held responsible for this type of transaction, our involvement to facilitate this would pose major problems.

2. We cannot vet or verify any listings or requests made on these channels. Providing an official channel would lend itself to a legitimacy that we are not willing to oversee and moderate.

3. While we are community-first, this channel would serve as another piece of content requiring moderation from a tiny staff that is already in the process of shutting down. We don't have the bandwidth to add more to our plate.

This decision has been carefully thought over and is our final decision. We recognize there are lots of amazing community members willing to "moderate" this for us, however the existence of this channel would create more problems for us than it would solve for the community.

We recommend using your own personal social media platforms to boost, source or sell your needs as applicable.

We don't often make posts like this, but we just wanted to bring some attention to a really cool member of the community.

This is Spam, an extremely talented, 20 year vet in the community who is making a go at creating some incredibly well put together content on Youtube. This is honestly some of the best editing and storytelling I've ever seen. If you can, check out his videos and toss him a subscribe on the platform!

Getting started on Youtube can be notoriously difficult. Like for reference he has 2 short form videos on Tiktok that already got him like 2500 followers and over 100k views in a few DAYS. Let's show his Youtube some love too. I think cool things are on the horizon for this dude.

Hey folks! First off - Obviously there are many questions floating around about what's going on and about the future. We've put together a video we'll be releasing during a livestream Q+A on Sunday, October 1st @ 5pm PST that will be addressing all the questions and concerns you may have!

❗️Second, and more importantly❗️ - Some folks have noticed that our website is back online and we just wanted to clear up some confusion.

Our artwork is currently being stolen to the tune of hundreds of listings worth of theft on dropshipping websites. Given that our website is closed and these items are sold out, we are very aware of how many items are being sold with our designs on them. Our website needs to remain open so that community-conscious individuals will be able to discern the true home of this work.

We are currently pursuing legal action as no websites are responding to takedown notices (This is unsurprising, as these websites are built off of theft). It is not an easy battle, so it will take some time even if fruitful at all.

🚫A quick reminder that under no circumstances should your desire for a piece of work ever transcend the fact that an item is being stolen from the creators who have made it. Under no circumstances should these items be purchased from third party vendors who have stolen the work of other creators. 🚫

The Kickstarter will be going live at 1pm PST on Saturday, January 13th! This is when you will be able to begin making pledges to secure the items you want. The Kickstarter will be running from January 13th until February 18th so you will have PLENTY of time to get your pledges in!

Kickstarter FAQ!

With the upcoming launch, we just wanted to provide you with a quick little FAQ about how Kickstarter works if you are not familiar with it!

1. Why Kickstarter? - Kickstarter serves several different functions in the crowdfunding space. For our purposes, this is strictly a pre-order system. This means that you select what items you want, and then we send you those items after the campaign period. Unlike other campaigns where you are funding "ideas", our idea is already done - There is zero risk involved. You pay for the items, you get the items. This also means selling out is impossible.

Using Kickstarter also allows us to be transparent with the funds - Everybody will be able to see how many pledges we get, how much capital we've raised, and what capital is used for. It also, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, gives us crucial info for the business going forward; how many of y'all are there.

2. How will I pledge? - When the project goes live, there will be several tiers to choose from. The first three tiers are simple - A t-shirt or tank top, a long sleeve t-shirt, or a pullover or zip hoodie. If you'd like to create your own bundle of clothes, select these tiers and on the next page you'll be able to add on whatever garments you like! There are also 4 pre-set tiers if you are indecisive!

3. How do I pick the designs/sizes I want? - You will be picking the design and size of your garments at the END of the campaign. Once the campaign is over, we'll be sending out surveys where you'll be able to include which garments you want to receive!

4. Important note on pledging/payment! - If you haven't used Kickstarter please note the following; You can pledge at ANY time during the campaign between January 13th to February 18th. However please be aware that your card will NOT be charged until the campaign is successfully completed on February 18th! So even if you don't plan to pay on, for example, January 13th you can still pledge and will not be charged!
