Tubbs here! We have some adjustments to make as of today at the 3 week mark.
1. We are expecting almost all orders placed on August 4th to be shipped out by August 30th. The majority of these shipments have gone out. If you ordered NIGHTLIFE T-SHIRTS - These are the oversold items that are causing the delay as we have just received them all finally by the end of this week. A small reminder that these were OVERSOLD and noted as such with an expected delivery date around this time period. Thank you for understanding!
We are updating our forecast for ALL orders being shipped to September 10th. We cannot apologize enough for the extended delay.
2. Staffing update - Our staffing reference remains the same as it was in our previous update, for who works and when. That being said;
Panko - This lovely boy has been working several overtime shifts in the past few weeks. He will be taking a much needed vacation between August 31st-September 4th
Damon - Damon is almost officially at capacity. Damon will be working his usual 14-16's up until September 1st however he will be taking a small vacation between September 2nd and September 4th. All joking and prodding aside, he is fine! Don't worry. He just.. is like this. He's the one who's like dancing while he's packing orders and keeping the energy up from the minute he gets in to the minute he leaves. He's weird. And no he doesn't drink caffeine. And he's fat too. Like it defies logic at this point. He just... moves fast. All day. But seriously, he's okay! Promise!
Myself/Dioxi/Tiger - These jokers are still filling in and helping, and will be working whilst the other boys are on their small breaks. They are more "regular" in the shift department so they are all going strong. They will be present while Damon and Panko are not.

We're sort of nearing the finish line. About 20% of the orders left that are huge will be completed today as we now have EVERY item here in stock. But some (very few) orders will surpass the 25 day estimate. We thank you as always for your patience with us for the insanity that has been this endeavour.
Basically, a difference in 3 hours of orders for you guys translated into a difference of 3 weeks for us as far as packing is concerned. Like, a super fun stat is that it took us 6 days to pack the first 4 minutes of orders. That's wild.
I know we keep saying it but we're zooming down the line at this point. Soon we will hit a row of orders that only contain 1 or 2 items and we will BLAST through those.
Also; Join us for a couple of packing streams! On Thursday and Friday, Damon will be streaming all day while we pack up your orders. It's a fun hangout, chill times, we get lots of work done, and you can harass us and we can do one of those Korean funeral wailings for the business every hour on the hour.

We don't want to get your hopes up too much BUT, we have about ~7 years of inventory sitting in 13 storage tote bins that we need to go through. I'd estimate there's probably... 900 pieces? Amongst everything. It's convention display merchandise, super vintage pieces like foils and classic designs, sample merchandise that all has some kind of story attached to it, minor misprinted pieces that, and just stock we have extras of for one reason or another.
Once we go through and keep the pieces we want, the rest will be going up for sale and all profits from these pieces will be going to charity. This will be sometime in October when we sort it all out and figure out how we want to post it all up.

2. SALE ROUND 2! - This, obviously, will be NOTHING like August 4th. Can I combine my orders from this drop? - Yes, on the condition that; You e-mail support@nomadcomplex.com (Preferably with the title line "Order Consolidation" with your full name and each of your order numbers. We recommend you do this ASAP please. If we get to your order and pack it up before you have a chance to contact us, we cannot adjust it.
2. How long will orders take to process? - This will take much less time than before. We are anticipating no one waiting longer than 5 days from their original date of purchase. No worries there.
To everyone who may feel left out or disappointed not just from today, but the last few months of our product releases;
We know. And we're sorry. As you can probably tell, the theme of the last 3 months has been "Holy shit they keep selling out and it sucks ass and go to hell you guys are dicks". The reality of the situation is that in the last 12-24 months, this fandom has positively exploded in popularity. It happened at such an unpredictable rate that it has led to many of the internal challenges we have facing that put us in this situation in the first place. That is on us, and we are sorry.
The goal is to never have these kinds of panic-drops happen again. Like we can't properly convey to you how much we fucking hate it too, and it kills us having to let people down.
