HUGE day! We've got our restocks sorted and accounted for!
QUESTION: Part of this restock included our jockstrap inventory being replenished. Since going up, nearly all of them have sold. Many of you will have noticed we do not bag up our underwear when we ship it out - this is because it is kept in a clean environment with minimal handling and we believe additional packaging inside of packaging is a waste. The exception for this was our jockstraps, as they are a more "intimate" pair of underwear.
Right now, bagging each of our jockstraps individually will take up about 28 hours of solid worktime, or a full day between 4 of us that we'd rather spend packing.
The question, preferably to those who ordered a jockstrap; do you mind if we forego the additional packaging for the sake of blazing through these orders? And keep in mind, they are being transferred directly from a plastic bag into your shipping bags.

Wowza yowza, Monday was our biggest order push yet. Look at that progress bar creeping UP.
Dead Doggo + Fall Feels + Nightlife (T-Shirts ONLY) - A quick reminder to any folks who have any orders containing these items. These items were sold as OVERSTOCK. This means that we had a run of them already slated for production at the time of our warehouse sale, and we are waiting for them to be printed and to make it to our warehouse still. Any orders containing these items that have not yet been fulfilled will begin shipping August 21st!
A quick note on customer service! - Our Telegram and Discord communities are incredible! They are a fantastic way for folks to chat, connect and to get a look into the behind the scenes workings of some shitty clothing company that you like for some reason. That being said, we'd like to remind everyone to please keep these channels clear of the following;
❌"I sent an e-mail/DM earlier and I haven't received a response yet" - We do not handle customer service issues via these channels. If you have not received a response yet, we likely have not gotten to it yet. If you believe an e-mail has taken a long time to get to, please send it again to support@nomadcomplex.com - We do not handle customer service issues via any other channel.

You all are so kind asking about the staff! Everyone here is doing a fantastic job and working hard to get stuff out the door. Don't worry, they're getting plenty of rest and relaxation, and some have upcoming vacations! We've got a great system down. Damon is doing a bit of everything. Panko is manning the PC printing + shipping labels for orders. Tiger is helping out during the week for some full shifts, and Tubbs is helping out on evenings and weekends. Dioxi is helping on odd days folding the incoming stock as it gets here. A well oiled machine through and through.

Back in 2018, we gave away all the foils used to print our LTYH tees in both rainbow and gold. Because of this, we didn’t get to keep any for ourselves. (Back then we didn’t get to keep much of any ourselves simply because we needed to sell all we had and holding on to extras was like holding on to twenty dollars bills.) They’re kind of a “moment in history” sort of thing for us. This one is REALLY special to us for a lot of reasons.
We know a lot of people held on to them. Is anyone willing to part with theirs? We have a lot of old stuff we can try and barter with, or we can just offer a flat cash thing of like $250 or something. We’d really like to bring a pair of these home. Again, VERY long shot. But worth a shot.

⚠️DAY 21 - MAJOR UPDATE + FORECAST⚠️
Tubbs here! We have some adjustments to make as of today at the 3 week mark.
1. We are expecting almost all orders placed on August 4th to be shipped out by August 30th. The majority of these shipments have gone out. If you ordered NIGHTLIFE T-SHIRTS - These are the oversold items that are causing the delay as we have just received them all finally by the end of this week. A small reminder that these were OVERSOLD and noted as such with an expected delivery date around this time period. Thank you for understanding!
We are updating our forecast for ALL orders being shipped to September 10th. We cannot apologize enough for the extended delay.
2. Staffing update - Our staffing reference remains the same as it was in our previous update, for who works and when. That being said;
Panko - This lovely boy has been working several overtime shifts in the past few weeks. He will be taking a much needed vacation between August 31st-September 4th
Damon - Damon is almost officially at capacity. Damon will be working his usual 14-16's up until September 1st however he will be taking a small vacation between September 2nd and September 4th. All joking and prodding aside, he is fine! Don't worry. He just.. is like this. He's the one who's like dancing while he's packing orders and keeping the energy up from the minute he gets in to the minute he leaves. He's weird. And no he doesn't drink caffeine. And he's fat too. Like it defies logic at this point. He just... moves fast. All day. But seriously, he's okay! Promise!
Myself/Dioxi/Tiger - These jokers are still filling in and helping, and will be working whilst the other boys are on their small breaks. They are more "regular" in the shift department so they are all going strong. They will be present while Damon and Panko are not.

But some (very few) orders will surpass the 25 day estimate. We thank you as always for your patience with us for the insanity that has been this endeavour.
Basically, a difference in 3 hours of orders for you guys translated into a difference of 3 weeks for us as far as packing is concerned. Like, a super fun stat is that it took us 6 days to pack the first 4 minutes of orders. That's wild.
I know we keep saying it but we're zooming down the line at this point. Soon we will hit a row of orders that only contain 1 or 2 items and we will BLAST through those.
Also; Join us for a couple of packing streams! On Thursday and Friday, Damon will be streaming all day while we pack up your orders. It's a fun hangout, chill times, we get lots of work done, and you can harass us and we can do one of those Korean funeral wailings for the business every hour on the hour.
