However, whether we like it or not, we unintentionally "Scarcity marketed" these. It was NOT an intentional circumstance. You all just happened to like it so much that despite our largest initial run of a shirt EVER, you cleaned it out... three times. Despite doing a pre-order run for them however, we have received over 250 e-mails since July 12th please requesting to make these available once more.

So my question to everyone; If we were to add these back to our lineup for GOOD... would you be okay with that? I'm asking because there are two schools of thought here;

1. I fully recognize that part of the driving factor of purchasing this design for many people was because of the buzz created by how quickly the first and second run sold out. This may lead some people to be a bit miffed with us for this rollout because the exclusivity factor that may have influenced their decision will no longer apply. It would appear that we bait and switched the "Limited edition" nature of this design and I fully respect anyone who may feel this way.

2. There are still a large number of people who would love to receive this design. And making it a part of our regular lineup will give more people access to this design that has clearly had a big impact on our customer base in a big, big way. And knowing some people feel left out eats me up, I have to be honest.

Womens underwear has been a hot topic in the past. They shouldn't be, but hear us out. We fully recognize and appreciate the need for inclusivity, especially in a fandom like ours where our diversity is our biggest unity.

We may seem big in the fandom, but we are small from a small business standpoint. That means we have to take calculated efforts when we decide what we can and can't stock in our warehouse due to how fast they move.

In 2021/2022 we ran 2 Kickstarters for Racerbacks/Boyshorts. The first one got funded. The second one did not, by a wide margin. From a purely business standpoint, we had to make the difficult decision to stop carrying these as we never were able to bring ourselves out of the red for them. When creating custom products like this, manufacturers require minimum order amounts. The sales, sadly, did not ever meet these minimum amounts. This left a lot of folks disappointed, understandably so. Many were under the impression that we stopped carrying them due to nefarious reasons; we cannot stress how wrong those people were. After it was clear from our 2nd Kickstarter that we could not hit these requirements, we had to scrap the project.

It's 2023 now. We have talked to our manufacturer, and due to our relationship they will begin allowing us lower minimum order requirements to manufacture these custom undies.

Hey folks. All of the enamel pins are going to be up either today or tomorrow! We've got all of the product shots taken, but just wanted to ask your opinion on some things.

We're trying to spice up the website a little bit (Full overhaul later this year) and are kind of trying to get away from just plain neutral product shots. (Head on product, white background.) We kind of came up with this sort of deal for the product shots for the enamel pins. What do you think? You can compare with current listings on the website. It feels way more dynamic and I think it still really accurately represents the item and what you're getting. Would love to hear your opinions!

We're currently in the process of making some overdue changes to the website to help make navigation easier and to help everyone find the information that they are looking for more easily. In the past we've utilized tabs in order to store information that customers would want to know about instead of including it on the main page. In this new version, we've included all of that pertinent information on the product page itself including a much brighter/bolder size chart so that folks can be sure to reference it before they check their size. (We can't stress how important referencing size charts is when buying clothing, even if you "always buy a Large"!)

We'd love to hear what you think of the new product page layout. Is there something you think it missing? We're interested in those viewing on both desktop and mobile devices. Last week, the bid for renewal of our warehouse lease was unexpectedly rejected despite our landlords reassurances otherwise. Due to this situation and several other external factors we have made the difficult decision to sell out our stock and sunset Nomad Complex.

Nomad Complex has been experiencing external difficulties for quite some time with growth, scaling, securing staffing, website development, and several other factors. These factors were manageable, but in combination with the loss of our warehouse space and the multitude of challenges this adds to our workload, it has put us in a position where we do not reasonably see a path forward that is feasible at this time. Because of this, we made the decision that our best path forward at this moment is to sunset Nomad Complex for the time being and sell off the final runs of our existing inventory. This is the best opportunity we have to try and carve a new path forward for Nomad Complex.

81,000 of you read the article we posted yesterday. To say that we're just in shock is an understatement. We love you all so damn much.

Words can't describe how much the outpouring of just.. love, meant to us yesterday. This has been an extremely difficult few days and you all reminded us exactly why we do what we do. Thank you for sharing your stories of connection and love and kindness and blahhhhfghgfhghf you're all so wonderful.

We have not had time to respond to all of the offers of help either, however just wanted to let everyone know that they are extremely appreciated. We'll also be going over all e-mails today as well.

Right now we're going to spend the next week getting our inventory logistics in order, stock counts made and verified, the rest of our inventory folded, the roadmap of release dates for restocks that happen to be coming in August so you can plan accordingly, and we'll have all of this information available to you as soon as we can!

We have temporary staff who will be working for this sale until every single order is packed and our capacity will be almost quadruple what our usual order packing capacity is going to be. So if folks are fretting about having to wait an extremely extended period of time for orders, we WILL have extra manpower to take care of. But we will make everything clear when we make the logistic announcement for clearance.

‼️ROAM REWARDS‼️

One of the biggest questions about August 4th is what will happen to the Roam Rewards program. This will be one of the most logistically daunting aspects of our warehouse sale, but we want to make this as simple as we can.

Effective today, you will no longer be able to choose stickers, enamel pins, wristbands or a combination of them as a free reward. Instead, all available reward tiers have been changed to discount coupons in increments of $5. Please note that all existing rewards for stickers, enamel pins and wristbands are still valid if you redeemed them before July 24th.

Any outstanding rewards or miles will not be transferred past our warehouse sale period.

Through the Roam Rewards program, we are proud to have been able to give away over $180,000 (!!!) in discounts and free items to our customers. As we grew larger and began to see the snowball effect of the discounts and freebies, we discovered some major flaws in the program that became difficult to rectify at the newer volumes we were experiencing. The most notable of these flaws were both the sheer cost of the program as well as the adjustments to inventory necessary to keep stock levels current. A complaint we often heard was that the process to choose which freebies you want to receive was not straight-forward, the method of adding to cart was confusing, and you could not easily stack discounts in a single order. We agree. These were not simple fixes unfortunately that could just have a button clicked to make it work. It was a much more complex task.

In the future we would love to explore new options to thank our customers for their incredible support, but this will most likely not be in the form of this program as it currently exists. We would like to create a better, more streamlined program to say thank you. Whether this is an entirely new program altogether, or us just giving you free shit, we will have to see.

We understand that there will be many sentiments of frustration with this decision, and some folks will have miles left over. We received a lot of feedback regarding the date of the Warehouse Sale. We have decided to push the sale to August 4th.

At 12pm on August 4th, all items currently sold on our website will be considered final stock as we clear out our current warehouse space of all remaining inventory. Please note that there will be some changes to our policies for this clearance and to carefully read the FAQ below.

How many orders are you expecting? How long do you expect orders will take to ship?

We are expecting extremely high order volumes for this sale. To compensate for this, we will have increased staffing for the entirety of this sale period. While we would like to make as accurate a calculation as possible, we expect some orders may take up to 10-25 days from their original purchase date to be shipped out. We apologize for these extended wait times and thank you for your patience!

I’ve placed two or more separate orders. Can I combine them together?
