🇺🇸🇺🇦 Ukraine has been officially invited to the NATO summit in The Hague, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte confirmed. The format of Ukraine’s participation and its role in the final communiqué are still being coordinated.

Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that "reviewing draft memorandums between Russia and Ukraine will take time, after which the timeline for the next round of talks will be agreed." The timing of new negotiations, he said, "depends on the readiness of both parties."

🇷🇺 MFA Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova stated that Ukraine has made considerable efforts to derail the next round of Istanbul negotiations, using what she called its “typical terrorist methods.”
