Overnight, Ukrainian drones struck a military unit in the Tver region. Locals reported several explosions.

On May 24, Ukraine’s military intelligence struck a Russian fuel train in occupied Zaporizhzhia region, hitting it in motion on the Verkhnii Tokmak–Molochansk–Fedorivka rail line. At least three fuel tanks were destroyed.

Ukraine’s Air Force confirms: during Russia’s air attack overnight, 45 cruise missiles (Kh-101/Kalibr) and 266 drones (incl. Shahed) were intercepted.

🇺🇦 FM Sybiiha after Russia’s massive overnight airstrike:

“When the world calls to stop the killings, Putin orders more strikes — killing even more children.”

He urged global pressure on Russia to agree to a full, unconditional ceasefire.

🇷🇺 In Tver Oblast, Russian air defenses mistakenly identified their own aircraft as a large Ukrainian kamikaze drone — and opened fire. This is not the first such incident: similar friendly fire occurred recently in the Moscow region.

The area near the Migalovo Air Base in Russia's Tver region is burning. Overnight it was attacked by Ukrainian drones.

UK police are looking into whether Russia was behind recent arson attacks on properties connected to Prime Minister Keir Starmer.

Two Ukrainians and a Romanian have been charged, and investigators are now checking if they were working for Russian interests as part of a wider sabotage effort across Europe.

At least 12 people killed and over 60 injured in Russia’s overnight attack on Ukraine, according to Interior Minister Klymenko. Among the dead: three children from one family in Zhytomyr region. Their mother is in critical condition. Over 80 homes were damaged.

🇮🇹 Italy’s FM Antonio Tajani: “The war in Ukraine won’t end this year. Russia has shifted its industry to arms production, pays soldiers double that of workers, and has a million troops on the battlefield. Pressure on Putin must double — Russia must abandon the path of war.”
