🇷🇺 The Kremlin is drafting a law to seize property from Russians abroad who criticize the regime. Under the new bill, “crimes against Russia’s interests” could lead to confiscation—even beyond Russia’s borders.

The Kremlin rejects ultimatums — “this language is unacceptable to Moscow,” Peskov said in response to sanctions threats. According to him, Putin is ready to resume talks with Ukraine — but with no preconditions.
