Ukraine’s air defenses intercepted 292 targets and jammed 187 using aviation, SAMs, EW units, UAV forces, and mobile fire teams.

This is the aftermath of a Russian guided aerial bomb (KAB) strike on a residential area in Zaporizhzhia. The footage was released by the Zaporizhzhia Regional Administration.
❗️Approx. 30 tons of fuel oil spilled into the Yenisei River in Russia’s Krasnoyarsk Krai after a ship accident. The vessel suffered a hull breach, damaging its fuel tank and steering. An oil slick has reached the shoreline. A state of emergency has been declared in the affected area.

Russia is massing forces for a renewed offensive on Sumy Oblast — the largest buildup in six months, says Petro Andriushchenko, Head of the Center for Occupation Studies. Over the weekend, at least 10 new self-propelled artillery units, an air defense system, and 40+ trucks with troops and ammo were transferred from occupied Crimea and Kherson.
According to Russian sources, Ukraine launched a HIMARS strike on a cultural and recreation center in Rylsk, Kursk region. Rylsk has seen a rise in Ukrainian strikes in recent weeks, as it serves as a key staging area for Russian forces attacking Sumy Oblast.

In Kyiv, a farewell ceremony is being held for three firefighters killed in the June 6 Russian missile strike: Pavlo Yezhor, Danylo Skadin, and Andriy Remennyi.

They lost their lives while responding to the aftermath of the attack—rushing in to save others. Three rescuers were killed and 16 others injured in the massive strike on the capital.
🇵🇱 Poland’s National Electoral Commission will review erroneously completed protocols from the second round of the presidential election at a meeting on Monday at 17:00, PKW member Ryszard Kalisz announced. The Supreme Court will ultimately decide on the election’s validity.

🇱🇻 Latvia’s State Security Service (VDD) has initiated a criminal case against MP Aleksejs Rosļikovs of the “For Stability!” party, which focuses on Russian minority interests.

He is suspected of assisting Russia in actions against Latvia and inciting national hatred, following remarks made in Russian during a June 5 Saeima session and prior activity.

The VDD had previously warned Rosļikovs about potential criminal liability.
🇷🇺 Russian FM Sergey Lavrov claimed that in 2021, President Biden told Putin the U.S. did not seek to undermine Russia's unity, but contrasted this with Biden’s later remarks to Brazil's president about the need to "destroy Russia," calling them "two different people." Lavrov also accused the UK of fully assisting Ukraine in carrying out terrorist attacks against Russia.
In London, NATO chief Mark Rutte will call for a 400% increase in the Alliance’s air and missile defense, citing Russia’s “terror from the skies” in Ukraine, Reuters reports. He’ll also stress the need for thousands of armored vehicles, millions of shells, and double the logistics capacity.
A group of Ukrainian servicemen under the age of 25 has returned from Russian captivity—the first phase of a multi-stage exchange, Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets confirmed. Most were born in 2000 and include soldiers from the Armed Forces, National Guard, Border Guard, and Marine and Air Assault units, including defenders captured in Mariupol.
