Russian losses per 14/04/26 reported by the Ukrainian General Staff

Ukraine downed 114 drones and one Kh-59/69 cruise missile after Russia launched 129 UAVs and 4 Kh-59/69's overnight, with impacts recorded at 8 locations and debris across several regions.

A Russian drone strike damaged a Panama-flagged vessel in Izmail port, along with port infrastructure including a pier and barge. Civilian damage included buildings, vehicles, buses and an ambulance in the city.

Overnight, Ukrainian drones attacked occupied Crimea. Explosions were heard near Simferopol, Feodosia and the Kerch bridge. Which targets were hit is not yet clear.

Ukrainian forces repelled a Russian infiltration attempt in Sumy region. A group of 29 Russian troops advanced through a gas pipeline but were detected and eliminated by coordinated reconnaissance, drone and artillery strikes.

Zelensky arrived in Berlin to meet Chancellor Friedrich Merz, beginning a diplomatic week across Europe focused on security coordination and partnerships.

❗️Greenpeace nuclear expert Shaun Burnie warned the Chernobyl reactor 4 sarcophagus risks collapse after a 2025 drone strike, raising threat of radioactive contamination within a 100 km radius.

German Chancellor Friedrich Merz said Germany will work with Ukraine to limit asylum for Ukrainian men, stressing they should remain and support their country. He added Russia has no chance of winning the war.

Ukraine struck multiple Russian radar systems including Nebo-U in Feodosia and airspace control radars in Belgorod region. A Tor-M1 air defense system was also hit in occupied Luhansk region.

Ukraine struck Russian UAV storage sites near Donetsk Airport using SCALP missiles and GBU-39 bombs, while drones hit ammo depots in Zaporizhzhia and Donetsk regions.

Germany and Ukraine signed a defense cooperation deal in Berlin, elevating relations to a strategic partnership. New aid will include air defense systems, drones and ammunition, with joint work on ballistic defense also confirmed.

❗️Slovenian parliament speaker Zoran Stevanović announced plans for a referendum on leaving NATO, citing political commitments after his party secured influence in coalition formation.

Fire at the Gagarin aircraft plant damaged a key production workshop used in Su-57 assembly. Collapsed roof sections suggest serious internal damage, potentially slowing or disrupting production of Russia’s fifth-generation fighter.

Additional info shared by Defense Minister Fedorov: Germany agreed a €4B cooperation package with Ukraine. It includes hundreds of Patriot missiles, 36 IRIS-T launchers, €300M for deep-strike capabilities and joint production of 5,000 AI-enabled drones.

A Ukrainian drone strike on April 6 hit the main storage facility at the Minudobreniya fertilizer plant in Rossosh, confirming damage to critical industrial infrastructure.
