Peter Magyar said the €90B loan for Ukraine had already been agreed in Brussels and should not be reconsidered. Magyar added he planned to meet Zelensky to rebuild relations and would urge Putin to stop the war if contact occurs.

Peter Magyar said Ukraine is the victim of the war and emphasized that no one has the right to dictate the terms of peace. He reaffirmed that Kyiv must decide the conditions of any future settlement.

Zelensky said Ukraine built a large-scale defense industry over four years. The sector now produces missiles, drones, interceptors, artillery, armored vehicles and robotic systems. He described it as the foundation of national strength, precision and independence, highlighting the role of defense industry workers.

Zelensky said Ukraine has unmatched real combat experience from operations in the Black Sea, including fighting fleets, air strikes and mines. He added Ukraine is ready to support partners on maritime security under equal cooperation.

In Zelensky’s latest video, Ukraine revealed a what is believed new domestically developed surface-to-air missile, likely tied to the Koral project. The system is expected to operate at 30-50 km range and could replace legacy Buk and S-300PT air defense systems.

Ukraine also unveiled a new surface-to-air missile likely adapted for Osa-AKM systems. The design resembles Soviet 9M33-series missiles, suggesting a domestic replacement using updated components and potentially improved performance.

❗️Ukraine secured €2B in defense support from Belgium and Spain in 2026 ahead of Ramstein talks. Priorities include air defense, drones and long-range artillery, with Belgium confirming additional F-16 deliveries and maintenance support.
