Germany is allocating an additional €40 million in winter aid to Ukraine, announced Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul. “We’re helping to keep homes warm and lit, and to ensure Russia’s targeted terror against civilian gas and heating infrastructure does not break the morale of Ukraine’s defenders.”
