Vnukovo airport in Moscow is closed. Also the Tula, Ryazan and Kaluga region have activated the 'carpet' plan. During this plan, all aviation, except for military and search and rescue, is obliged to make an emergency landing or leave the area.

In Tula an explosion is reported. High likely the work of Ukrainian drones which are very active over lots of regions in Russia right now.

An explosion which caused a fire on Bryansk airport

Ukrainian UAVs have reportedly entered the Lipetsk and Kaluga regions in Russia. Russian media report.

"On the night of August 30, an attempt by the Kyiv regime to carry out a terrorist attack by an aircraft-type UAV on objects in the Russian Federation was thwarted," the Russian Ministry of Defense said in a first response to the massive drone attack.

The "Edelweiss" plan was introduced in Pskov. The special services were transferred to an enhanced regime. All personnel were given weapons, protective equipment and placed on the streets for protection. Most of the employees have now surrounded the airport. A whole bus of policemen was brought there.

But the attack was thwarted 🙃😂

In Bryansk, a Ukrainian UAV reportedly hit the Kremniy EL plant. It is one of the largest Russian manufacturers of microelectronics.

Governor of the region Alexander Bogomaz said all drones were shot down.

After a Ukrainian drone attack, Russia tried to retaliate by striking with cruise missiles and drones.

All cruise missiles (28/28) and 15/16 Shahed drones were shot down, the Ukrainian Air Force reports.

The Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations admitted that two Il-76 military transport aircraft caught fire in Pskov.

But… updated data circulating in Russian media suggest that 6 (!) aircraft have been damaged/destroyed. Among them is also one Tu-22 bomber.

The 40th artillery brigade destroyed a Russian BMP-2.

The moment a Kh-101 cruise missile was shot down last night over the Black Sea by units of the Odesa Sea Guard detachment.

Headquarters of political party "United Russia" was blown up in occupied Nova Kakhovka, adviser to the mayor of Mariupol Petro Andryushchenko said.

Two strong explosions are reported in Dzhankoy, occupied Crimea. Additionally there are also reports that it is loud near Krasnoperekopsk, a little bit more northwest.
