In Russia's Krasnodar region, explosions occurred overnight at an ammunition depot. Local authorities evacuated the population due to ongoing detonations.

Additionally, the 23rd GRAU arsenal, located 16 km from the recently destroyed 107th arsenal in Tver Oblast, was reportedly also attacked. Russia's defense ministry claimed to have shot down 101 drones overnight.
Bloomberg claims it has obtained details of the "victory plan" that President Zelensky plans to present to President Biden during their meeting in Washington on September 26. The plan includes Ukraine's invitation to join NATO, guarantees of modern weapons supplies, a clear path to European Union membership, and other economic and security agreements. Zelensky also intends to share this plan with U.S. presidential candidates Kamala Harris and Donald Trump.

The US is preparing to announce a large weapons package for Ukraine, including artillery, air defenses, and other munitions. However, shipment may be delayed due to inventory shortages. The package, expected to be larger than recent ones, comes as the US has $5.9 billion left in its Presidential Drawdown Authority, which expires at the end of the fiscal year.

The 46th Airborne Brigade successfully repelled yet another massive Russian assault in their area of responsibility. Throughout the day, Russians launched 24 attacks involving 52 vehicles, including tanks, BTRs, and BMPs. Ukrainian forces countered with artillery, FPV drones, and a tank company, destroying 8 tanks, 8 BMPs, 4 BTRs, and other vehicles. The Russians reportedly suffered 72 personnel losses.
A fire has reportedly broken out at the Wagner PMC base in Molkino, Krasnodar. Local media reports indicate that administrative buildings at the site, which housed the Wagner base for nearly a decade, are burning.

SBU special forces have successfully targeted and destroyed various Russian assets over the past week using strike drones and other firepower. Ukrainian Defense Forces struck the "Tikhoretsk" arsenal in Russia's Krasnodar region overnight, destroying at least 2,000 tons of ammunition, including supplies from North Korea, according to Ukraine's General Staff. Drone strikes also targeted the Shaykovka airfield and Russia's Iskander and Tochka-U missile systems.
The Norwegian government proposed an additional $460 million in aid to Ukraine for 2024, as part of the Nansen Program. The program will also be extended by three years, from 2027 to 2030. Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre announced plans to provide at least $1.38 billion annually until 2030, bringing the total budget for Norway's military and civilian aid to Ukraine to approximately $12.4 billion.
