18-year old (!) Georgiy Nadein, a Russian student at the Volga State University, died in in Ukraine. He was scheduled for a vacation on June 18, but two days prior, he was killed, Russian channels report. When he turned 18 last february, he applied for military service and got sent to the front immediately after.

When will they understand that if you're being sent to Ukraine, it doesn't bring anything, except a high possibility of death.

Overnight, Russia launched 21 Shahed drones into Ukraine of which 19 were shot down.
In addition four other type drones were shot down in the Kherson region
The fire at the oil depot in Azov could not be extinguished for at least a day. This is evidenced by videos from the scene that appeared at night.
In Lviv, the Scientific Research Institute was damaged as a result of a Shahed drone attack, city mayor Andriy Sadovyi said.

What a theatre. Putin received a lavish reception in North Korea, complete with a crowd and an orchestra. Kim Jong-un declared that relations between the two countries are entering a period of "new prosperity." Putin announced the signing of a new strategic agreement, likely involving military support, marking a significant long-term partnership. This is Putin's first visit to North Korea in 24 years; his last visit was in 2000 during the reign of Kim Jong Il, the current dictator's father.
US Defense spokesman Pat Ryder, announced the potential expansion of the training program for Ukrainian pilots. F-16 training is already underway in Arizona and Denmark, with additional training opportunities being prepared elsewhere in Europe.

Estonia is open to discussing the deployment of Western troops, including Estonian troops, to Ukraine. This is not a red line for them, and they hope for a unified stance from NATO or the European Union. Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić stated that the world is on the verge of a global crisis due to the war in Ukraine. He predicts a serious confrontation could occur within the next three to four months, or possibly even sooner. Vučić emphasized the urgency of the situation, suggesting that while it may not lead to World War III, it is still highly concerning.

Putin and Kim Jong-un signed the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Agreement between both countries.
During Putin's visit to North Korea, Kim Jong-un expressed "full support" for Russian aggression in Ukraine. Kim praised Russia's role in maintaining global strategic stability and expressed solidarity with Russia's government, army, and people in their 'military operations' in Ukraine, citing the protection of sovereignty, security interests, and territorial integrity.
