Nebulas incentivized testnet will be launched on January 8, 2020. Minimal requirements 4 vCPU, 16 Gb RAM, 600 Gb SSD. The prize fund at least 150000 NAS (approx. $57K).

#Cyber
Cyber (or CyberCongress ?), which build decentralized Google, invites to become validators of incentivized public testnet. Recomended hardware requirements: 6 vCPU, 32Gb RAM, 256Gb SSD, GPU with CUDA.

#NuCypher
NuCypher will start first phase of own "Come and Stake It" incentivized testnet at January 20. Estimated testnet durtations 1-1.5 months. Prize fund is 1% of initial NU tokens, recipients are limited to 333. Note that prize tockens will locked for transfer 6 months.

BitSong incentivized testnet will launch January 24 and will last untill mainnet (ETA Q2 2020). Blockchain based on Cosmos SDK/Tendermint platform.
BitSong is a blockchain music streaming infrastructure.

Stage 1 of Matic public incentivized testnet, named Counter Stake, will start at Feb 10 2020. Prize fund $40k, half for nodes uptime, half for bug and other bounties.

Regen Network incentivized testnet algradigion-1 will officially end tomorrow Feb 12. The next stage of testnet promised shortly.
