In order to ultimately confirm that you have access to the new address wallets you want your rewards to arrive to and the ownership of your validator node, we have created a Google Form, please fill it in while paying attention to details:

- receive your rewards on a new address to avoid unnecessary transactions to move the reward from Old Address to a New Address (https://crossfi-3.gitbook.io/xficonsole#new-and-old-address).

- verify your ownership of the validator node to avoid identity theft cases
