I have discovered that consuming excessive amounts of sugar can cause mood swings. I thought it was due to my lack of sleep and other life factors, but okay to sugar.

I will always remember how you used to bring us gifts whenever you came home, and how I would always persuade you to buy me things even though you said you wouldn't. I cherish the moments we shared when you would tell me about your day. However, those moments are now just memories, and I regret not being able to talk to you or hear your voice anymore, I'm feeling a bit sick today and I wanted to let you know.
