- eat small portions of food ( dont let it scare you)
- check the meds you are taking too
- drink water like a lot( still bad but thanks to not eating it made me drink more)
- try to slow down on sweets ( hypocrite)
- avoid sleeping a lot it makes you forget about food.
- open something while eating.
