my teeth color has really improved since i stopped drinking tea.(i was an addict)( it only been two weeks)

having back pain at this age.

appetite restoring hacks
- just eat even if it feels hard to swallow and makes you nauseous after ( this is dumb)
- real thing is eat breakfast foods ( easier ones)
- eat small portions of food ( dont let it scare you)
- check the meds you are taking too
- drink water like a lot( still bad but thanks to not eating it made me drink more)
- try to slow down on sweets ( hypocrite)
- avoid sleeping a lot it makes you forget about food.
- open something while eating.
