It has been agood experience, at least this time I’m saying goodbye. I stopped seeing the point of it months ago. Tho i am grateful that I have met beautiful and amazing people through it. That’s the one thing I can truly appreciate. It's been bothering me, and I believe some things need to be let go. I wish I could say it’s just a channel, but the wonderful people I’ve met because of it are what I truly value.
I don't think its a place of gain anymore.

Normally, REM sleep (last stage of sleep) is characterized by high brain activity (alas the vivid dreaming) and complete muscle paralysis (people cannot be easily awakened at this stage).
