to this day, i still struggle to believe in myself. you’ve planted doubts in the back of my mind which is deep rooted into the foundation of my life. i always afraid of failing i just never try. you criticize me of my attempts to be better if i didn’t do it right the first time.

it took a lot in me to undo the hatred you’ve caused. i give myself tender love which you fail to give me as a child. i hope i can heal from everything, i’m tired of giving myself hate which often time spilled over my loved ones.

I did nothing but sleep the whole day. Am embarrassed to go out now.
