Think about something bright and beautiful, like the moon or the meadow. Let the laughter of a friend from your memory, or the sound of your mother's voice, fill your ears. Or maybe the sound of the wind, or the crickets. Brace yourself like you would brace your child. Sit still and just be. Be what you are for that moment. You deserve the homely presence you offer others. You deserve, you!.
