The initial Iskander strike was followed by a Geran attack,one of the targets was the 'Dream Town " mall. Malls and other big box stores are often used to hide military equipment.
Ukrainian air defence continues its proud tradition of shooting down drones over populates areas which resulted in debris (or failed interceptors) landing on civilian buildings.
Maybe step away the window if you hear an incoming drone,eh.
