👀 Putin and Trump discussed another prisoner exchange between Russia and the United States - 9 for 9 people.

Главы государств обсудили состояние российско-американских отношений и выразили заинтересованность в их дальнейшем улучшении.

Также затрагивался вопрос обмена заключёнными. В Кремле сообщили, что обсуждаются планы по обмену гражданами по формуле «9 на 9».

Президенты договорились продолжить диалог по всем вопросам, включая украинское направление. Возможность личной встречи не исключается, однако место и сроки пока не определены.

При этом, по словам Ушакова, вопрос о временных рамках для достижения возможного соглашения о прекращении огня между Россией и Украиной в разговоре не поднимался.

Ключевое то, что в заявлении Трампа нет ни слова о санкциях или ином давлении на Россию, а также упоминания европейских ультиматумов или украинского желания незамедлительного прекращения огня на 30 дней.

According to Kremlin aide Yuri Ushakov, Trump and Putin didn’t discuss any timeline for a possible ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine during their recent call.

In addition, the conversation also focused on a potential 9-for-9 prisoner swap between the US and Russia. Trump reportedly told Putin he’s welcome to call him anytime, though no date or location has been set yet for an in-person meeting.
